Firearms were recovered from the house belonging to the brother of the petitioner and the petitioner. Constructive possession of the petitioner over such firearms cannot be overlooked.

The police case is dated April 29, 2022.

There is an issue of absconsion of the petitioner also. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
