Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondents despite order dated 26th July, 2017 passed in WP 16615(W) of 2016. The said order has not been communicated to the respondents.

In those circumstances, let a copy of this order along with the order dated 26.07.2017 be communicated to the respondents.

The petitioner shall be informed by the D.I. of Schools (PE), Paschim Medinipur of the amount of deposit required to be made together with interest and additional interest of the employer share of the PF within three weeks of communication of a copy of this order.

The petitioner shall thereupon make deposit of the said amount within one month thereafter.

After receipt of refund, the DPPG, West Bengal shall issue Pension Payment Order to the petitioner and commence pension. Let arrears of pension, however, be paid to the petitioner from the date of death of her husband till the date of actual deposit without any interest within one month from the date of issuance of PPO.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
