None appears for the petitioner even in the second call. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the prayer for bail of the husband of the petitioner was rejected by the co-ordinate Bench on February 16, 2021 in CRM 7521 of 2021. She also draws the attention of the Court to an order passed by the co-ordinate Bench on August 16, 2021 in CRM 2521 of 2021 granting bail to another coaccused. She submits that the petitioner herein stand in the same footing as that her husband and not with the other co-accused who was granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench.

It appears from the records that a body was found in the septic tank belonging to the house of the husband of the petitioner. The petitioner was also present at the locale.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the petitioner is standing in the same footing as that of her husband who was denied bail by the coordinate Bench, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 676 of 2022 is dismissed.
