The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Park Street Police Station Case No.99 dated 11th May, 2011.

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Ray, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the Officer-in-Charge of Park Street Police Station.

Report reflects that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed and subsequently on 21.08.2019, supplementary charge-sheet has already been submitted before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta. The report further reflects that the trial of the case is under progress.

Let the report be kept with the record.

Having regard to the stage of the case before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta and the stage at which

the petitioners approached this Court, I am of the view that the circumstances have grossly changed, thereby calling for no interference of this Court.

Accordingly, CRR 549 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
