The affidavit encloses a letter written by the petitioner on 23rd February, 2023 stating that the police authorities have restored possession of the property in favour of the petitioner. The respondent Bank is represented. Learned counsel submits that the application filed by the petitioner is fixed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) on 2nd March, 2023.
Nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition which is accordingly disposed of with the interim order being extended till 10th March, 2023 to
afford the parties adequate opportunity to present their case before the DRT. Needless to say, the DRT-III shall hear the parties before the stay expires on 10th March, 2023.
