Ghosh Mr. Alok Banerjee ........for the State Mr. Kanak Kiran Bandyopadhyay ....for the WBCSSC Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharya Mr. Bibek Datta Ms. Keya Panja ....for the WBBSE In terms of order dated 6th March, 2025, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad has filed a report dated 11th April, 2025 enclosing medical report of the Medical Superintendent cum Vice-Principal, Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Berhampore, Murshidabad dated 9th April, 2025. Said report dated 11th April, 2025 along with medial report dated 9th April, 2025 are taken on record.

On perusal of medical report dated 9th April, 2025, it appears that Medical Superintendent cum Vice-Principal,

Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital has opined that wife of the petitioner needs supervision of her husband during treatment. It is also opined that patient may undergo surgical treatment.

In view of such medical report dated 9th April, 2025, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad being respondent no. 4 is directed to forward medical report dated 9th April, 2025 to the Chairman of West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no. 3 by fortnight from date. On receipt of medical report dated 9th April, 2025, respondent no. 3 shall decide the transfer application of the petitioner dated 1st February, 2022 by four weeks thereafter. Decision to be taken by respondent no.

shall be communicated to the petitioner by one week thereafter.

However, transfer application of the petitioner shall not be rejected on the ground of suspension of Utshasree portal.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
