Leave is granted to the petitioner to correct the cause title with regard to the designation of the respondent No.3.

Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent No.3 in considering and disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 29th November, 2019, making prayer for issuing the "legal heirs certificate" to the petitioner in respect of the deceased employee referred therein.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition being WPA 3403 of 2020, is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 19th November, 2019, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and

speaking order, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the respondent No.3 while considering the aforesaid representation shall act strictly in accordance with law.
