The police have handed over possession of four flats and six car parking spaces in the said premises to the petitioners. The petitioners claim right in respect of an office room.

The rights of the petitioners in respect of the same are questioned by the private respondents. The parties may seek remedies before an appropriate civil forum in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
