The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 10.01.2019 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Bongaon, North 24-Parganas in M. Case No. 1342 of 2018. The subject matter of this revisional application relates to a proceeding under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the time constraints involved in the provision itself, I am of the opinion that the proceeding being M. Case No. 1342 of 2018 has become infructuous with passage of time.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 487 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CRAN 1929 of 2019) is consequently disposed of.
