The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Keshpur Police Station Case No.89 of 1996 dated 18.08.1996.

Earlier a report was called for from the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station. Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report prepared by the Officer-in-Charge of Keshpur Police Station, Paschim Medinipur. Report reflects that the present petitioner has been acquitted of the charges. Let the said report be kept with the record. As the petitioner has already been acquitted from the charges, the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR No.488 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
