1) In terms of previous order report dated 26th August, 2025 prepared by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly being respondent no. 4 is filed today enclosing medical report and same is taken on record.

2) On perusal of the medical report of District Hospital, Hooghly which is enclosed to the aforesaid report dated 26th August, 2025, it appears that medical expert recommended transfer of the petitioner on health ground.

3) Respondent no. 4 is directed to forward transfer application along with medical report to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no. 3 by fortnight from date of communication of this order. On receipt of transfer application and medical report, respondent no. 3 shall decide transfer

application of the petitioner by four weeks thereafter in accordance with law and decision to be taken by respondent no. 3 shall be communicated to the petitioner by ten days thereafter.

4) However, transfer application of the petitioner shall not be rejected on the ground of suspension of Utshasree portal.

5) The writ petition stands disposed of.

6) There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

7) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
