1. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, although the alleged contemnor is represented through counsel, who submits that no copy of the contempt application has been served on the alleged contemnor as yet.

2. It transpires that on November 28, 2025 as well, when the matter was taken up last, none had appeared to move the contempt application.

3. Since the petitioner is unrepresented even today, CPAN No. 1458 of 2024 is dismissed for default.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
