I direct the petitioner to serve a copy of the said Annexure upon the Additional District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas. After receiving a copy, the Additional District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas will decide the matter after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date and will pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter.
