Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private opposite party is complied with the notices under Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code. Moreover, all articles were now seized.
State and the private opposite parties are represented.
It appears from order dated February 15, 2022, the issue with regard to Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code and the articles being recovered were dealt with. We find no material irregularity in the impugned order dated February 15, 2022 passed by the jurisdictional Court warranting our interference. The jurisdictional Court exercised discretion vested upon it in law after discussing the materials in the case diary and the fact scenario obtaining.
Consequently we are unable to interfere with the impugned order.
CRM (DB) 677 of 2022 is dismissed.
