Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there has been interference in the peaceful enjoyment of the property which is at the behest of the private respondents and to that effect, petitioner approached the learned Executive Magistrate as also submitted an information to the Officer-in-Charge, Bhadreswar Police Station.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is a dispute in relation to certain mutation of records which can only be adjudicated by the B.L. & L.R.O.

Police authorities have kept vigil. Police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of

the peace and/or tranquility and/or any other untoward incident resulting from strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4394 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
