The present writ petition of the year 2012 has been preferred praying for cancelling the order of punishment passed by the disciplinary authority and reinstatement of the petitioner as employee of the concerned department and payment of all arrear dues by the respondent/WBSEDCL.

The respondents are being represented by their learned counsel who submits that in spite of notice the petitioner is not appearing.

There is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

WPA 2658 of 2012 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously after due compliance.
