Mr. Deb Kumar Sharma ...for the respondent nos. 6 and 7 It is submitted that the petitioner is now residing in the said premises. The property belongs to the petitioner exclusively.

The private respondents are, therefore, at best licensees and shall abide by any of the wishes of the petitioner.

The private respondents undertake to take care of the petitioner.

The O.C., Liluah Police Station has submitted a report dated 14.02.2023, which is taken on record. The Liluah Police shall ensure that the petitioner is able to live in peace and is taken care of by the private respondents.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
