Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the case diary. It reflects that charge-sheet has been filed under Section 341/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the nature of the offences so alleged, the oral evidence of the affected persons assumes importance in this case and, as such, without witness being examined on dock, the veracities of the statements cannot be checked. In view of the observations made above, I am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference in respect of the proceedings arising out of Belghoria Police Station Case No.86 of 2017 dated 25.01.2017 as also the order dated 17.10.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 470 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
