1. Challenging the action taken by the concerned bank, the secured creditor in recovery of dues and challenging the E-Auction notice, the present writ petition has been preferred.

2. Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, this writ petition cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
