Ms. Pampa Dey (Dhabal) ....for the petitioner Mr. Ansar Mondal, Mr. Sougata Mitra ...for the State Ms. Pampa Dey (Dhabal), learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to oversight, an incorrect submission was made that the complaint dated February 25, 2022 was against her client's husband and in-laws. The said complaint was actually against the private respondent nos. 6 to 8. The Sonarpur Police Station has filed a report dated December 5, 2022. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that not only has the complaint been registered as Sonarpur PS Case No. 215/2022, dated 25.02.2022, a charge sheet No. 429/2022, has also been filed after investigation on April 30, 2022.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
