The writ petition was earlier called on 25.04.2025 when none represented the petitioner or the State. Today also when the writ petition has been called none represents the petitioner and the State.

Mr. Sk. Md. Masud, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the prayers advanced in the writ petition. Petitioner approached this Court in the year for effective investigation in connection with Contai PS Case No. 310 dated 20.07.2019.

Having considered the time period which has elapsed presumably in the last 5 years, the police has arrived at their conclusion in respect of

the investigation so initiated at the behest of the present petitioner.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3435 of 2020 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
