Having considered that some of the accused persons who have been implicated are students, I direct that the investigating officer would submit a progress report before the learned ACJM, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas. Learned ACJM, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas would check regarding the progress of the case and if he is not satisfied, he will pass necessary directions upon the Superior Officer of the concerned Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 720 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
