Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, Mr. Pannalal Bandopadhyay ...for the alleged contemnors.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has made out a prima facie case of contempt.

However, it is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors that a copy of the application for contempt may be handed over to the alleged contemnors for the purpose of ascertaining the reason for such noncompliance and/or whether such order has been complied with in the meantime.

On such prayer, the learned Advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application on the alleged contemnors through their learned Advocate during the course of the day.

Affidavit(s)-in-opposition shall be filed by the alleged contemnors to the contempt application by August 26, 2022. Reply thereto, if any, shall be filed by September 2, 2022.

The matter shall next be enlisted on September 2, 2022 itself.
