None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for exclusion of the name of the 8th respondent from the panel prepared for the post of Panchayat Karmee in the concerned gram panchayat.

It is evident from the record that the petitioner was not represented, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing on September 10, 2021, September 24, 2021 and October 1, 2021 Since the petitioner is not represented, the writ petition stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
