Kutub Uddin ... for the State The subject-matter of challenge in this revisional application relates to continuance of Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 312 of 2012 dated 20.04.2012 under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As none appeared on behalf of the State, Mr. Imran Ali, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, was directed to represent the State.

His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

I found from the revisional application that chargesheet under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Investigating Officer has been enclosed along with the revisional application and the rest of the documents are private and personal documents which cannot be relied upon at this stage as the genuinity of the same is to be considered by an appropriate court of law. None of the

documents under Section 207 of the Criminal Procedure Code has been relied upon for proper adjudication of the issues which have been canvassed. However, the contentions advanced in the revisional application relate to issues of facts which are to be addressed in course of trial. As such, no interference is called for at this stage. Thus CRR 273 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
