The said statement reflects that the de facto complainant namely, Poulomi Moulik is not interested to pursue with Jadavpur P.S. Case No.91 dated 15.03.2018 and there has already been a mutual divorce under Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act. In view of the report and the statement so submitted before this Court, I am of the opinion that further continuance of the proceedings under the changed circumstances is unwarranted as the difference and disputes arose out of a matrimonial discord which has been set at rest after the mutual divorce before the Civil Court.

Accordingly, all further proceedings of Jadavpur P.S. Case No.91 dated 15.03.2018 and the charge-sheet submitted in connection with the said case under Section 498A/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed. Thus, C.R.R. 472 of 2021 is allowed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
