Petitioner is a member of a gang which induced individuals to part with money by impersonating themselves as representatives of a reputable mobile service provider.

Petitioner has criminal antecedents. In view of the nature of crime having far reaching consequences we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
