Record reflects that on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted by the investigating agency.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, was directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The petitioner has only relied upon documents which he has obtained in his private and personal capacity and none of the documents are of sterling quality for interfering with the charge-sheet which has been submitted by the investigating agency.

The averments/narration in the revisional application relate to

issues of facts which can be considered only in course of trial. Further, none of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed along with the revisional application for consideration regarding the merits.

In view of the aforesaid, no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 282 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
