Counsel for the State has filed a report in the form of instructions, addressed to learned State Advocate, dated 01.03.2021 by the Habra Police Station, Barasat Police District. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the instructions that the dispute between the private respondents and the petitioner is purely civil in nature and a civil proceeding is pending before the rent controller. Accordingly, the writ application shall stand dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
