Mr. Sankar Narayan Saha ... for the petitioner The petitioner, who is a decree holder, is aggrieved by rejection of his prayer for preponing the date in the execution case. The learned executing court rejected the application for preponing the date of hearing.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no pending misc. case in connection with the title execution case.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned executing court.

Record reveals that the next date has been fixed on 13th March, 2025.

The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Contai is requested to take up the execution case on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Accordingly, C.O. 681 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
