The matter is appearing under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Municipality. An inadvertent error has crept into the order dated 19th September, 2022. In the said order WPA 4245 of 2017 be read as WPA 4254 of 2017. In the cause title of the writ petition, the name of Mr. Tirthankar Dey be recorded as representing the Municipality in addition to the names appearing in the said order.

The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the order dated 19th September, 2022. This order is to be treated as part of the order dated 19th September, 2022.
