1. The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved that having served as a Headmaster, retired thereafter, the petitioner was entitled to all benefits including an increment of three percent, which has not been paid to him.

3. Mr. Das, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent authorities, submits that this writ petition is pre-emptive as the petitioner has not approached the authorities and neither has his claim being rejected or refused.

4. In view of the afore-stated submissions made by Mr. Das on behalf of the respondent authorities, I direct the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no. 4 by May 7, 2026 along with all requisite documents in support of his claim.

will dispose of the

representation by May 31, 2026 upon giving a hearing to the petitioner and will decide the same strictly in line with the decisions of this Hon'ble Court, which the petitioner seeks to rely upon and if found eligible, the respondent no. 4 will intimate the concerned authorities (DPPG) for issuance of the requisite Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner. The resultant order will be communicated to the petitioner by June 15, 2026.

6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
