1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client does not wish to press the writ petition any further. The written instruction dated 4th March, 2024 of the petitioner addressed to his counsel is taken on record.

2. Mr. Bhaskar Prosad Vaisya, learned counsel for the State submits that vigilance proceedings against the petitioner has been initiated pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26th February, 2024.

3. Such proceedings shall continue in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of without any further orders.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
