Post-mortem report of the victim states that the post-mortem doctor found a number of injuries on the victim. Death of the victim occurred at a matrimonial home within two years of marriage.

Neighbours implicate all the petitioners before us in torturing the victim prior to her death both physically and mentally. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 645 of 2024 is dismissed.
