1. Mr. Manoranjan Jana, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled, as recorded in the order dated 20th March, 2024. 2.

Let a copy of such order be kept on record.

3. Since the matter has been settled, the authorities will issue the requisite no objection/no due certificate in view of the settlement as recorded, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
