1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for more than two years. It is further submitted petitioner was not involved in the murder. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Two persons had been murdered in course of robbery. Stolen vehicle was recovered from the petitioner. On his leading statement, one of the bodies was recovered. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
