Mr. Debasish Roy ... For the State Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down on earlier occasions, considering the merits of the case. The petitioner is in custody for more than two years. Out of 46 witnesses 16 have been examined. On merits, I do not find any change of circumstance which warrants a favourable order at this stage.

The prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The application for bail is disposed of.
