Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent CBDT authority concerned and sitting over its representation/demand of justice dated 12th March, 2021 being Annexure P-6 to the writ petition and details of the grievance will appear from the said representation/demand of justice.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.4244 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent CBDT authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation/ demand of justice dated 12th March, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation/ demand of justice of the petitioner dated 12th March, 2021 and the respondent concerned while disposing the same shall act strictly in accordance with law.
