1. Instruction forwarded by the Commissioner of School Education signed on 25th February, 2026 handed over by the learned advocate representing the State respondents in Court today is taken on record.

2. It appears therefrom that the placement order dated 29th January, 2026, impugned in the present writ petition, is a mere temporary arrangement that has been made by the authority to utilize the service of the petitioner in Netai High School as there is dire need of a bio-science teacher in the said school.

3. The pupil-teacher ratio in Tapsia Junior High School which is the present place of posting of the petitioner is 19.6, whereas; the pupilteacher ratio in Netai High School where the petitioner has been temporarily placed is 303.4. The distance traversed by the petitioner from her residence to Tapsia Junior High School is 61.9 kilometers, whereas; the distance to the Netai High School from the petitioner's residence is 47.6 kilometers.

4. The Commissioner has specifically mentioned that the service conditions of the petitioner, including the salary releasing authority and the service records of the petitioner, shall remain unchanged.

5. As it appears that the petitioner has been placed in Netai High School as a mere stop gap arrangement in the interest of the students, accordingly, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of placement.

6. The petitioner shall act in terms of the placement order dated 29th January, 2026.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
