The petitioner, a retired Assistant Teacher has not been getting his pension on two-fold grounds that he was untrained on the date of appointment and lack of clarity on the exact date of his joining. The petitioner has retired on January 31, 2026. 3.

The petitioner is directed to make a representation answering the queries of the sanctioning authority regarding the date of joining and the factum of his training on the date of joining by April 30, 2026.

The respondent no.7 is directed to consider such representation and if required, grant a hearing to the petitioner upon adequate prior notice by May 31, 2026. The respondent no.7 is also directed to communicate the resultant order of consideration to the petitioner by June 15, 2026. 5.

With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
