In the cause title of the order dated 11th April, 2023, due to typing mistake, the name of the opposite party/plaintiff has been written as Sri Sanjib Roy Chowdhury instead of Sanjib Roy Chowdhury, since deceased, represented by Smt. Sarmistha Roychowdhury & Anr.

Accordingly, the name of Sri Sanjib Roy Chowdhury be replaced by "Sanjib Roy Chowdhury, since deceased, represented by Smt.

Sarmistha Roychowdhury & Anr." in the cause title of the order dated 11th April, 2023.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

The remaining portions of the order dated 11th April, 2023 will remain unchanged.
