The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of the subject Sankrit (Pass) at Ranarani Adibasi High School (H.S.), DistrictJhargram and the respondent no. 7 is an Assistant Teacher of the subject Sankrit (Pass) at Joyrampur Manick Chandra Dey Sikshayatan(H.S.), District- 24 Parganas (South), they are praying mutual transfer.

Their applications for such mutual transfer are pending consideration before the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 3 herein. The respondent no.3 is directed to consider and dispose pf the said applications as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 4583 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
