Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner requests the Court to look into the medical document.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that three earlier bail petitions were rejected by this Court. She submits that the trial is in progress.

As a Court considering a prayer for bail, we need not evaluate the evidence. The trial is in progress. At this crucial stage, we do not deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail given the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein. Moreover, there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 683 of 2022 is dismissed.
