There is a typographical mistake in the cause title of the order dated 31.03.2023. The name of opposite party "Smt. Soma Chakravorty & Anr." should be corrected as "Smt Soma Chakravorty (nee Banerjee) & Anr.".

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction of the cause title in the order dated 31.03.2023.

Other portion of the order dated 31.03.2023 shall remain unchanged.

This order may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 31.03.2023.
