Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, Mr. Soumik Ganguly ...For the State Records reveal that the present application for anticipatory bail was rejected by an order dated 24th February, 2020. However, by the said order, the investigating officer was directed to submit a report as to why the petitioner had not been arrested in spite of rejection of his earlier pre-arrest bail by this Court. No one appears today on behalf of the petitioner though Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State is present. He submits that the petitioner has already been arrested and he files a report to that effect. Let the same be kept on record. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed.
