None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 21.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Order No.16 dated 13.05.2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Durgapur arising out Durgapur Police Station Case No.695 dated 03.12.2012 under Section 498A/406/323 of the IPC read with Section 3 and 4 Dowry Prohibition Act G.R. Case No.1975/2012, pending before the Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur, Burdwan is under challenge in this revision case. Petitioner challenged the verdict of the Trial Court and First Appellate Court in criminal motion as to his incorporation as a 'relative' of the husband of the defacto complainant in a case under Section 498A IPC. According to him his being committed to trial by dint of the impugned orders is only the abuse of the process of court and illegal.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 441 of 2016 is dismissed. Connected applications being CRAN 3 of 2016 (Old No: CRAN 4747 of 2016) with CRAN 4 of 2017 (Old No: CRAN 2344 of 2017) are disposed of.
