Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that previously the appeal was directed to be heard along with the application.

It is submitted that since a copy of an affidavit-inopposition to the stay application bearing CAN 1 of 2023 has been served on the appellant, the appellant seeks to use a reply to the same.

On the prayer of learned counsel for the appellant, the time for filing reply is extended till January 17, 2025.

Let the appeal and the application be listed on January 20, 2025.
