Mr. Swapan Banerjee, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State and produces the case diary. I have perused the materials available in the case diary and prima facie they do satisfy that an offence has been made out. At this stage, to appreciate regarding truth or falsity of the contents of the allegations or that of the supporting witnesses is not the jurisdiction of the High Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

I find no reason to interfere with the continuance of the proceedings as there are overwhelming materials in the case diary. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 487 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
