The private respondents have broken the locks of two shop rooms situated at the petitioner's premises and looted away articles. An FIR was lodged, but the same is not being properly investigated.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the investigation is still continuing and adequate steps have been taken.

The investigation shall be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

Therefore, no further order need be passed.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
