1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim made statement before her mother implicating the petitioner in the murder. Petitioner is her husband. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
